Puainta Pets complies with all FDA regulations to ensure that our regulated products are safe and effective. If you have any concerns or are unsure about possible reactions, please consult your veterinarian before using any Puainta Pets products.

Our online store is hosted on SHOPLINE, and your personal information is stored behind secure networks. It is accessible only to a limited number of authorized personnel who have special access rights and are required to 
keep the information confidential. While no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements and follow additional widely accepted industry practices to help protect your data.

Your payment card information:

If you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card information is securely stored by SHOPLINE and encrypted in accordance with PCI Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the purchase. Once the transaction is finalized, the data is automatically deleted. 

All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort by major brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Third-Party Services and External Sites

Some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the personal information we share with them to complete your purchase. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service no longer apply. If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows you to request information about the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2), we do not share your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.

Exercising Your California Privacy Rights. To request access to or deletion of your PI, or to exercise any other data rights under California law, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Email: You can email us at service@puainta.com to exercise your California privacy rights. Please include your full name, email address, and any other identifying information needed to verify your identity, along with the reason for your request. We can only process your request once we have the necessary information to confirm your identity.

Before we take any action on a request to exercise your CCPA rights, we must reasonably verify your identity. If we try but are unable to verify your identity, we are not obligated to fulfill the request under the CCPA. We will contact you using the same method you used to reach out and inform you that we couldn’t verify your identity.

Any future use of the Site after a request for deletion, or after your personal information has been deleted, will require you to submit new requests regarding your data.

Response Timing and Format: We strive to respond to your request for access or deletion within 45 days of receiving it. If we need additional time, we will notify you in writing with the reason and the length of the extension.

Age of Consent and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Regarding the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over their information. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our records.

Can SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial emails, outlines requirements for these messages, gives recipients the right to stop receiving emails, and details penalties for violations.
